Golden Prints provides photo and art printing services, including file review, paper and size consultation, test print review, and production of approved print work. Any service is subject to file suitability, material availability, and studio confirmation of the requested scope.
Prices, if provided, are based on print size, paper choice, and quantity, and any test print may be charged separately. Payment methods accepted by the studio are limited to the methods confirmed at the time of order, and no order is binding until payment terms are accepted.
The studio may review image resolution, crop, and basic file-preflight matters, but it does not verify spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy unless that review is expressly agreed in writing. Production will proceed only after the relevant proof or file approval has been given.

To the extent permitted by law, Golden Prints is not liable for differences caused by screen settings, prior prints, different materials, or separate production batches. The studio also does not guarantee a specific paper, finish, production date, or color result unless it has been confirmed for the relevant order.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Türkiye, and any dispute should first be raised with Golden Prints in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts or authorities in the place where the studio operates, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
